CarpetKing Area Rugs offers in store pickup if desired for no additional cost. Please call first to confirm our availability and that your product(s) are in stock. Cash, credit or debit preferred.
Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping is included as a fee that is shown next to the size of the carpet, in addition to the retail price of the carpet, depending on the size chosen. You will see the shipping fee amount when you choose a size from the drop down menu of each product you choose to purchase. The amount charged to ship the product will be at least the amount shown to the right of the letters SHC. Depending on where you ship the product, your shipping cost could be higher.
The carpet price and ESTIMATED shipping fee amounts shown will also be displayed in the shopping cart for all items that are being purchased at one time. During the checkout procedure, you can use the pop up shipping cost calculator to find your estimated shipping cost. Currently, we provide shipping for orders to the 48 states at this time. If you receive a message stating that we do not ship to your region at this time, you should check your address for errors. If you need to ship outside the US, to Alaska or Hawaii please call us to find out if we can arrange shipping to those destinations.
Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered.
Return Guidelines
You have 7 days to return your item from when you are issued the return authorization number. Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for all processing fees and shipping costs back to our warehouse. Items returned without a return authorization number will be refused at the warehouse and shipped back to the sender. Area rug padding that has been opened may not be returned.
All items must be received in new condition. If the item is damaged or soiled, it may be refused or incur a 25% restocking fee. Items returned after 15 days, or items returned without an return authorization number will incur a 25% restocking fee. In some instances after your order has been processed, cancellation or changes to the order will not be permitted. Any shipments refused for reasons other than damage may result in a 25% shipment refusal penalty fee.
